Robyn Broadhurst sent in this simple but delicious recipe for making chocolate:
Gently melt together equal parts coconut oil, nut butter and cocoa (I use 1/2 cup quantities), stirring until smooth. Add half the amount of sweetener (1/4 maple syrup in my case) and mix to combine. Prepare a loaf tin by lining with baking paper and sprinkle a handful of raisins, another of cranberries and lastly of toasted nuts. Pour chocolate mixture over and gently move around to coat everything. Freeze until set then cut into squares and keep in the freezer. You can also add a cup of rice bubbles to lighten it up and add a crunch! Enjoy.
